Here is a short recap of what Christmas looked like:
Before we left for Walla Walla, we celebrated with Curt's family. We gave our nephew a knight costume. Needless to say, he put it on right away complete with the sword. Curt kept his favorite uncle status going once again.
In Walla Walla, Cedric had the joy of being with almost ALL the Stevenson family- Christmas Eve consisted of 20 adults and his two second cousins. It was crazy and fun. He was spoiled by getting a wiggly vibrating toy and a stuffie (which can hide all sorts of things!).
On Christmas, it was a small gathering with just our family. We played games for gift cards for the adults which occupied most of our day. Cedric used his teeth to open a gift (bottom left) and got a snowsuit that he HATED at the moment. We also visited with Cedric's great-great aunt Elaine (middle left). She is the only one left from my grandpa Klundt's family so it is very special she gets to know him.
Back to Christmas Eve for a second- We had our annual gingerbread decorating contest. The results went as follows:
Cobie, Jim, and Tyler rocked first place with their creation. They showed their muscles off and really were proving they were "the best".
Second place went to my cousins Caden, Kally and myself. Yeah, we got beat, but we will win next year.
Last place went to Steph, Jason, and Curt...the pictures shows their main concern was drinking instead of decorating, hench last place. Steph did not get a good deal on this.
Christmas was amazing and fun, my favorite time of year.
