Anniversary Dinner

This year, Curt and I hadn't planned on anything to do for our anniversary. To be honest, the whole month of July was spent thinking about Cedric and when he would come. A few times I asked if Curt had anything planned and he said no, it wasn't even a thought in his mind. Same for me, other things seemed more exciting!

Since my pregnancy was so simple- I wasn't sick, I felt good, I was active, I could sleep, etc- we figured he was not coming until our anniversary, week late. When he came a week early, we were totally caught off guard. So, the day before our anniversary we made reservations at Brio and went to dinner to celebrate. Cedric stayed home with my mom and we got some time to us.

It was nice to go out, but secretly I would not have minded Cedric being there. He goes with us now, makes us happy and we just want him near us. So, here is to five years and a lifetime more, we are so lucky for all the great things in our life!
