I may be a little obsessed right now about the fact that I finally made Big Twist Pretzels. I forgot how GOOOOOOD they are! I will definately be doing this more often. Also, my dough didn't go crazy like I expected. It almost felt like I was 18 again and doing it at least 4 times a week. What a great job to start at and learn some amazing baking skills!

When they came out perfect! There was a chocolate carmel one, a salted one for cheese dip, and of couse a plain on with cinnamon and sugar. Be jealous, not everyone learned such amazing skills in their teens.
