San Antonio

I have never been on a work trip of my own.

So, when a work trip to San Antonio became possible in tax season, we decided to make it work.

Lucky me, I got to travel with one of my best friends (or work wife) for four days without kids. This was monumental, I hadn't been on a kid free trip in years.
This is my "HEY! I can fly and enjoy no kids!" face.
Flying without kids, man is it easy!
We went to the math conference in San Antonio. We learned a lot. We had fun, and we went to many sessions.
At a session...apparently Kathryn felt the need to try and stab me.
We stayed in a beautiful hotel on the River Walk. We could walk everywhere for the time we were there which was nice. We also rode in a boat along the river to hear about the history of San Antonio.
The last night we went to a nice restaurant on the river. Let's bet honest, everything was on the river. It was a great place with some great work friends.
