I cannot believe that Easter has come and gone again.
It has always been one of my favorite holidays since I was a kid.
When I was growing up, Easter meant my grandparents returned from being gone for the winter. It meant a large egg hunt and an amazing family brunch. It meant spring, warmth, and just new things coming. I still love Easter for these reasons and to let my kids enjoy it too.
First thing- playing with new cars. Who would've guessed that is what he would get.
He has a problem.
Precious Quinn
At church we did the flowering of the cross. I love how Cedric tried to add his flower too.
Easter with the Pattersons- we have been doing Easter with Noah since 2004. Quite impressive and a testament to true friends. We love them!
My family- what a precious thing to do life with these special people.
A look back- boy he has grown, but yet gets in his Easter basket the exact same way!
The hunt- after filling half our eggs with candy we realized it would be better to fill them with change so he wouldn't eat tons of candy firs thing in the morning.
The little girl watching her brother hunt eggs. Content to sit and watch.
Just last year it look like this.
