Life Lately

We seem to be just chugging along from day to day with routine and two growing kids. 

This winter has been overall a warmer than normal winter. We are learning more and more that Cedric is an outdoors kid who likes nothing more than to play outside. It really changes his mood when he is stuck inside day after day.

His personality has been shining through. He has some difficult days, but overall this kid is happy and busy and into EVERYTHING.  

Sometimes we can get snuggles in the big bed. I love this when he just relaxes enough to be near us. It is a nice change of pace from our constant chasing of him. 

A friend gave us foam shapes where we decided to wash and play with them. He loved putting them together because he thought it was another train- go figure. 

Here he spent the Superbowl running around the yard in the fresh snow. He was outside for around an hour before he got so cold he decided to come in. His face was priceless.

It has been hard having Curt work so much with tax season, school being busy, and being cold out. We are definitely ready for spring around here. 

(Although we would not turn down a blizzard with a few snow days)
