Cedric- 2.5 Years

My little boy, you have grown so fast. 

To say you are full of energy is an understatement. You love to run around the house, usually pushing a truck. You want to be in the same room we are and will bring all your toys to us so that you can play right next to us. 

It seems you never stop and just go until you crash hard in your bed. Sleep has always been easy with you. You still take a 3 hour nap every afternoon. You are starting to play through it sometimes, but the noises from your room are happy and you could care less that we leave you there for 2 hours. At night, you want books and your giraffes and usually that is enough. 

You have adjusted well to having a sister. You always point her out..."QUINN! QUINN AWAKE! HI QUINN!" We will never forget her with you reminding us. You love on her for the most part and give her toys when she looks like she needs them or come to get us if she is crying. You are a little loud for her, but I think you try. 

The winter is hard for you, you are an outdoors boy. You love playing in dirt, digging things up, and running in the yard. Being cooped up in the house is really hard for you. Today, we had a long walk (about half a mile) and you collected sticks and were so happy. I love that you love the outdoors.  

You have kept us busy for two and a half years and we cannot imagine life without you.
