Family Visit

During the month of August, my side of the family came to visit us and meet Quinn.

We had the joy of having my mom from the day Quinn was born up until the 25th of August. She was able to hang out with Cedric, change diapers (yay!), get up with kids in the morning, and run all sorts of errands. It made transitioning from having just one kid to two kids a little easier.

During the month we went to two Rockies games with my mom. 

The first one was a lucky chance to get tickets and Cedric LOVED it.

The second game was a planned adventure with three kids and four adults and rainy night. It was still enjoyable.  

We also headed up to the mountains to stay at the cabin. It was a nice little getaway.  

I loved watching my parents hang out with the kids. My dad was letting Hazel attack Quinn here. Hazel has 6 months on her and was using her strength.  

Grandma and Cedric- a thing he loved and misses right now. 

During the month, Quinn did a lot of sleeping. She is pretty good at that (and quite cute). 

Cedric would share toys with Hazel, but then often would take it back. Good thing she was a good sport about it and couldn't really complain. He will have his work cut out for him when he has two girls whining at him for whatever he did.  

And the morning they all left. We finally got Curt in a picture.
