This was our last Fourth of July as a family of 3. Crazy to think! It was just two years ago that I was thinking of the arrival of little man, and now I think about his sister. Time seems to go so fast!
We spent the holiday in the mountains at the cabin. We had a relaxing fourth where we had lunch in the marina in Frisco and dinner just sitting by the Blue River on a bench.
We were able to take a certain little friend to the lake and he enjoyed throwing rocks in the water and getting his feet wet. He liked the water more than the playground which is just like me.
Curt also played with Kody at the cabin and create a treasure hunt for him. They were pirates and went around the yard hiding and searching for things. What a good uncle he was :)
Today before we left, we went to the marina again and Cedric played in the sand. He loved the boats and the water. He got a good dose of vitamin D while we were up there as we were in the sun ALL the time. A great fourth and a great way to wait for baby girl to join us.
