Whirlwind Trip to Cali

What a weekend we had! 

First, no kid. Second, Disneyland. Third, fun on the beach.

Kinda sums up our weekend!

Curt had a work trip to Los Angeles this week so we decided to go out the weekend before and hang out. We ended up in Disneyland and just had a great time.

In front of the town hall. We took this same picture in 2005 when we last went to Disneyland for Matt and Cally's wedding. It is fun to see the difference of then and now. Biggest change is that baby I seem to be growing (and she is prominent!)

Ariel- I love finding the characters, Curt humors me. 

We celebrated Curt's birthday in the park. He will be gone on his business trip for it so we set up reservations at the Blue Bayou. This restaurant was recommended to me by my assistant principal. I never would have thought of it otherwise, but it is sitting right on the ride of Pirates of the Caribbean. 

At the end of the meal, they brought out an amazing mousse mouse that we ate. We were stuffed, but obviously had to eat the dessert.
