While in Washington, we really wanted to go boating. But, this time for some reason that just did not seem to happening. Then my uncle mentioned fishing on the Columbia to Curt.
He was so excited.
We then spent the day fishing for Sturgeon.
What is a sturgeon? Well, they are HUGE bottom feeders. To push it more into what you are thinking Sara- the fish that really could eat your toes when we go boating (you were right!)
My uncles description- you have to fish for your bait before you can go fishing for sturgeon. SOLD. We spent the day fishing and here is our little results:
Starting off the day finding the bait
The bait- also you can tell a large fish

Just as we were about to go home, they got one. The next 45 minutes was scrambling around as the sturgeon pulled the boat, the line, and tried to make a run for it.
Here is a clip of catching the guy- don't mind me saying "holy crap" a bunch, you would too if you saw how big this was and that it was on the fishing line in your boat.
My uncle thought he might be 10 feet long and weigh over 400 pounds.
Now that is a fish story and we were not even exaggerating how big he was.
Sara, want to go boating next summer?
Holy Crap! haha. That's awesome!
