This past week we had the amazing opportunity to travel to Texas and visit with dear friends.
In elementary school, I became great friends with two girls- Rachel and Sara. We did everything together. When we graduated high school, we walked together, we were all in each others weddings and we have been there as we began having kids.
This was our first time to be all together with all the kids. There are many great pictures and memories so I am going to split them. This was the day we went to the Stockyards to watch a cattle drive.
Cedric didn't mind seeing the cattle from afar. But, in case you missed it, on the post 21/52, Cedric did not like how close the horse got just a little later that day. His face is priceless!
We went to a BBQ place for lunch, it was delicious and just what would be expected from Texas. Cedric sat on the moving bull just outside to snap this shot.

Of course the girl shot- Rachel dressed the part in boots and a jean vest. We all did not get our cowboy on quite like her :)
Lastly, Cedric and Jonah on the sattle together. I love seeing how the boys interact with one another. It will be more amazing the next time we get together as Cedric will be able to keep up with the big boys, literally.
