I already said old friends was a thankful thing for me, but that doesn't include all the amazing people we have met in recent years. I am totally thankful for everyone that seems to come into our lives and make it better. This would include our AMAZING college friends, some work friends, and those who happen into our lives.
Our college friends are very special college group. We see them about once a year and could not love it more. They are the most fun group of people you will ever meet. I love it when we are all stuck in a room together just seeing what we find to do. This includes all the wives and girlfriends that have joined us, and I can honestly say that htey are just as cool as the ones they are with. It will be a few short weeks and a fair few of them will be here for yet another wedding celebration.
My wonderful college roommate- my sunshine! She is amazing and I miss Miss Debbie all the time. Not many people can live with me, so she has to be quite special to accomplish that.
My first "real" friend from teaching. Tarah is a great addition, although she moved away, I think it quite cool we still chat and that we got to know each other while she was here.
The other teachers I have gotten to know, they are all rockstars and I love being able to chat and rely on them in so many ways.
And, the newest friend, my Big Bang Theory "Bestie". Um, we were pretty much instant friends. Her wedding is in two weeks and I told her that I get to wear my "maid of honor" dress and that the wedding is about me. That is all that matters (just like Penny and Amy).
Needless to say, today I am thankful for all our new friends that have joined us along our journey.
