Ah, Washington

We spent the past week in Washington. It was so refreshing...green land everywhere, crisp fall air, and bright red trees. We spent the first part in Walla Walla visiting my family. We were able to see any and all my family members as they all still live there. My cousins came home, my aunt came into town and we were all together in one place just like we were growing up. There is nothing better than being surrounded by family.

After that, we traveled to the Seattle area. Now we crossed over the Cascades and were met with the cool air that only the Puget Sound is known for. There is nothing like it (although I never want to live there!). We stayed with my sister and she took us hiking to a place called Deception Falls. It was beautiful.
Here we are after we got down to the water, it was perfect! As was the chubby cheeks on that little man! He sure was happy to look around as we hiked. I can't wait to take him more this next summer!
Here we all are! Grandma and Grandpa with Cedric and Aunt Stephie...it was a great day!
