This is Buffalo, a 12,777 ft peak in the Colorado Rockies. Now, this mountain has been in many pictures over the past few years as we have been in Colorado, but there have never been any pictures of me ON it. A few years ago we got to the boulder field, more than halfway up and turned around. Earlier this summer, we got past the boulder field and a thunderstorm came in and the last place you really want to be is at the top. So, again we ran down. This time I made it!
On Saturday, Kaleigh, Tara and I hiked the mountain. We had a lot of fun enjoying ourselves on the way up and even more so on the way back down.
