The beginning...

Well, we decided to start this blog as so much goes on in our day to day life in Denver that we don't get to share with everyone that we care about. So, just to get started we are going to highlight some of what has happened in the past few months.

First off, we went to Spokane in May to see Steph first graduate with her Master's and then to watch her walk for her Bachelors degree.

A few weeks later it was off to Philadelphia for Sara and Tim's wedding. It was great to get to visit them and spend their special day with them. It didn't hurt that our family and Rachel and Tyler also made the trip back East.

Next, it was off to New York with the Klundt's. Here are a few of the best pictures from the adventure:

Curt and I came back to Denver then and spent the summer working on the house and hiking. We hiked our second 14er, Mt. Bierstadt.

Just a few days later, I felt a ache in my side and soon after was having my appendix removed. I spent a week in the hospital and missed 4 weeks of work (all start employee!). Both my parents were able to visit and help around the house as I got better.

My fall break was spent in Walla Walla for the Stevenson thanksgiving extravaganza. It was great to see everyone and spend time with all the cousins. We even helped by taking Steph's engagement pictures. Here's just one of the good ones:

That pretty much takes us up until now!
